International orders are accepted in our system, all orders that require freight will be emailed tracking information once item is dispatched from our studio location in Melbourne, Australia. 

Australia post and DHL are our trusted carriers that will be shipping your items. 

DELIVERY TIME FRAME & COST

Once you place your order, our made-to-order process takes approximately 10-20 business days After that, delivery times will vary depending on the destination

Express shipping within Australia is 1- 3 business days

Express shipping internationally is 2-5 business days. the cost will be determined where item is being shipped to. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Our products are shipped from Australia, and international buyers are responsible for any customs fees and duties in their respective countries. 

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
